Preiss is an Equal Opportunity and LGBTQ+ friendly Employer.Property Name: Axis West CampusMaintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the propertiesResident inspectionsCleanliness and appeal of the propertyCompleting work ordersPreparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keepingAssist with Property TurnEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferredHVAC certification preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for long periods of time;Ability to use hands and fingers;Ability to speak, see, and hear;Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull;Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;Ability to walk and climb stairs;Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
