The Role:

• Contract Technical Talent Acquisition Partner scaling Invisible's technical talent pipeline.
• Responsible for building and maintaining evergreen pipelines of engineers across data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for evergreen roles across technical domains.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering leadership to forecast hiring needs.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes and represent Invisible as a talent brand ambassador.

What We Need:

• Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience with deep expertise in data, ML, and software development talent.
• Track record of building just-in-time pipelines in high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
