Platform Consultant

AI Operations Platform ConsultantWe are seeking an AI Operations Platform Consultant for a project-based role. This position focuses on the hands-on technical troubleshooting of production solutions rather than designing or architecting new systems. The initial contract is funded through July 2026, with the potential for extension.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, operate, and support MLOps/LLMOps pipelines to deploy inference services into production using tools like TensorRT-LLM and Triton Inference server.Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized services at scale on Kubernetes (OpenShift) for mission-critical applications.Troubleshoot Large Language Model (LLM) models on containerized platforms, including monitoring and load balancing.Perform model optimization techniques, including pruning, quantization, and knowledge distillation.Set up and operate AI inference service monitoring for performance and availability.Follow standard processes for the operation of mission-critical systems, including incident management, change management, and event management.Manage scalable infrastructure for deploying and managing LLMs.Deploy models in production environments, covering containerization, microservices, and API design.Required QualificationsExperience:Proven experience in managing, operating, and supporting MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting LLM models and performing model optimization.Experience with deploying, configuring, and tuning LLMs using TensorRT-LLM and Triton Inference Server.Familiarity with Triton Inference Server architecture, configuration, and deployment.Compensation & BenefitsA competitive pay rate is offered for this position.
