Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Tuesday Start Dates | Expected 48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Transplant Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess transplant patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Maintain compliance with BLS and ACLS certification requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of PCU, Step-Down, or IMC nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a transplant or specialty PCU environment
• Familiarity with transplant patient populations and associated care protocols
• Strong critical thinking and hemodynamic monitoring skills
