Job Description

Hiring for 2 PSCs in Jamaica Plain.
Hours: M-F between 8-5
Type: contract to hire and one temporary opening

Requirements:

At least 1 recent year of healthcare administration or front desk experience
Epic experience
Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities:

Monitor fax system to review/disseminate incoming faxes, every 1-2 hours per day
Review and upload signed consents, FMLA, workers comp forms, radiology reports, lab reports, etc. into patient charts
Ensure iPads are sanitized and ready to hand out to patients
Upload OR notes into patient charts
Send Surgi-Care patient notes to support billing process for durable medical equipment
Answer desk phone and disseminate calls
Check in patients
Collect copayments and ABNs completed
Check out patients and schedule follow up appointments
