Forklift Operator

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.74 an hour for Operator E rate. The pay progression plan follows: Operator D $27.18, Operator C $30.56, Operator B $38.67. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Responsibilities Operate forklifts with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) in a bustling warehouse. Safely load/unload trailers ensuring weight distribution, load integrity and that all shipping instructions are followed. Move finished product from the production line and store it in the correct location in the warehouse. Case pick product following all guidelines using an RF scanner, hand wrap and label products, then stage in the appropriate location. Ensure a clean and safe production environment including sanitation and cleaning. Regularly lift items up to 55 pounds. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military or related environment.
