Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC PA Physical Therapist license required. BLS required. Attestation of Federal Criminal Check (FBI fingerprint) required to start. Attestation of PA Child Abuse History Clearance required to start. Attestation of PA State Police Check (PATCH) required to start. Knowledge Exam required to start. Assignment Details 8-hour shifts. Expected weekly hours: 40. Weekend rotation required, up to every 4th weekend. No on-call requirement. May float between hospital settings based on patient care needs.
