Principal Software Engineer (Telework)

Salary: $200,000 - 280,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, with the poly within the last 7 years.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require 20+ years of software engineering experience and a BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• We accept four additional years of comparable software engineering experience on projects with similar processes in lieu of a bachelors degree.
• We need someone who works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• We are looking for experience using the Linux command line.
• We are looking for experience building microservices with Java and Spring.
• We are looking for experience with container technologies such as Docker and containerd.

• We are looking for experience using Git for version control.
• Preferred experience includes CI/CD tools and practices such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Preferred experience includes OpenSearch or Elasticsearch for indexing and retrieval.
• Preferred experience includes Amazon HCI.
• Preferred strengths include debugging, documentation, and communication.
• Preferred experience includes thriving in an Agile environment and collaborating on a multidisciplinary team.
