Express Employment Professionals is seeking an immediate hire for a Marketing & Content Specialist for a growing local company. This is a hands-on, creative role focused on capturing daily operations, building engaging content, and supporting both internal training and external marketing efforts.

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year DOE
• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday schedule (typical business hours)

What You'll Do


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind a computer and out in the field. You will help showcase company projects, support marketing efforts, and create content that highlights the team's work and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Online Content

• Take photos and videos in the shop, on job sites, and of finished products
• Post regularly on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Engage with comments and messages as needed

Website Updates (WordPress)

• Maintain and update company website content
• Add new pages, posts, photos, and general updates
• Keep product and company information current

Design Work (Canva)

• Create simple, clean graphics for ads, flyers, and social media
• Develop brochures, product sheets, and marketing materials
• Support both digital and print marketing needs

Training & Instructional Content

• Create step-by-step training videos using Loom or similar tools
• Develop internal onboarding and training content
• Produce simple how-to videos for customers

General Marketing Support

• Assist with promoting new products and company projects
• Work with production, sales, and leadership teams
• Help organize and maintain marketing content and materials

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using computers, social media, and basic design tools
• Experience with WordPress and Canva
• Ability to take clear photos and videos (smartphone acceptable)
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Self-motivated and willing to learn

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
• Basic marketing or advertising knowledge
• Photography or video editing experience

Work Style

• Hands-on role with time spent in the shop and on-site
• Mix of field content creation and office-based work
• Works closely with production, sales, and management teams
