BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals (IDD) work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (IDD) to support a male client in Franklin, PA. Opportunity for 40 hours/wk. available!

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (IDD):

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates of $19.50 / hour with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts). The majority of our hours are weekday, dayshifts.
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
  • Mileage reimbursement weekly

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (IDD):

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community activities
