Tech Pro Admin 01We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Record Center Specialists. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as it involves frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending forward. The primary responsibilities include moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes, which can weigh between 24 lbs and over 100 lbs. Employees will manually move these items and use hand carts.ResponsibilitiesProcess orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.Lift, carry, and arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on uneven and concrete surfaces.Read labels and process incoming and outgoing orders using a proprietary computer system.Operate handheld scanners and balance on ladders.Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.Load boxes onto pallets and then onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.QualificationsAbility to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance.Proficiency in reading and writing English.Experience in operating hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best" is required.Work ScheduleThe normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours per day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.Join us in High Point NC, a vibrant community known for its diverse culture and opportunities.
