Job Title: Material Flow Analyst
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Location: Davenport, IA 52809
Shift: 1st Shift (Minimal OT) Job Summary
• Manage material replenishment, inventory control, and material flow activities
• Ensure parts are delivered to production lines on time and in the correct packaging
• Support supply chain operations through SAP, inventory management, and data analysis Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory and material availability for production
• Develop and maintain material replenishment strategies
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods movement
• Analyze inventory and supply chain data
• Work within SAP ERP for material planning and tracking
• Coordinate with manufacturing and material flow teams
• Resolve material shortages and availability issues
• Prepare reports, documents, and inventory records
• Support supplier management activities
• Maintain inventory accuracy and process efficiency Required Skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Inventory management experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes Preferred Skills
• SAP ERP experience
• Material planning or replenishment experience
• Supply chain or logistics experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Supplier coordination experience Work Environment
• Manufacturing and supply chain environment
• Material planning and inventory-focused role
• Cross-functional interaction with production and suppliers
• Office and shop floor support activities Education / Experience
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Inventory, planning, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• SAP knowledge highly preferred
