Occupational Therapist Full Time

Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation in Boulder, CO, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided.

Sunday - Thursday Schedule

Hourly Range: $36.00-$50.00

Experience/Qualifications:

• CO Licensed Occupational Therapist
