Diversified Construction & Design is seeking a SAFETY TECH to join our Safety team. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibilities Promote the company vision and growth strategy. Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations. Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company. Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained. Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion. Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required. Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to employees and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements. Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings/job site reviews. Accountable for regularly communicating walk-through inspection results with management team and provide assistance with rectifying any concerns regarding hazardous working conditions and/or unsafe employee activities. Responsible for administering minor first-aid treatment. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. Perform additional field and office duties, not described above, to meet the needs of our clients and support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
