Urgent Care- Advanced Practice Provider (FNP / PA)

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care Choose from Dodge City or Liberal, Kansas Earn $65–$80 per hour working only 7 shifts every two weeks while providing high-quality urgent care in modern clinics with strong clinical and operational support. Location Options This opportunity allows candidates to be considered for one of two Kansas clinic locations: Dodge City, KS Liberal, KS Candidates may indicate their preferred location during the application or interview process. Schedule 12‑hour shifts 7 shifts per 14‑day period Flexible scheduling options available Compensation $65–$80 per hour (overtime available) Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical productivity Relocation assistance and/or signing bonus may be negotiable for qualified candidates based on location, experience, and business need Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging Prescribe medications and treatments Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff Qualifications Registered Nurse Practitioner, preferably FNP, or Physician Assistant from an accredited program Active Kansas license, or ability to obtain DEA registration, or ability to obtain Current BLS certification Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred but not required Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Productivity and performance bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling CME allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive clinical and operational leadership Why Join Xpress Wellness?
