Role Summary This position involves practicing professional nursing through independent and delegated medical functions, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions. The nurse builds strong relationships with patients, prioritizes their needs, and responds promptly to ensure quality care. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality policies, collecting and analyzing health data, triaging patients, managing emergency situations, providing health education, administering medications and therapies, coordinating care, and advocating for patients. The role requires evaluating patient health, executing medical plans, and facilitating effective team collaboration to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications include at least one year of RN experience, recent PACU or ICU/E.R. experience, graduation from an approved RN program, and valid RN licensure.
