Senior Grants & Compliance Accountant
MUJERES LATINAS EN ACCION INC
Mujeres Latinas en Acción Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead grant accounting, compliance, and day-to-day fund execution. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage about $6.5 million in revenue across 60 funding streams and mentor program staff for audit readiness and accurate reporting. Hybrid work with weekly in-office presence; CPA or MBA preferred and a minimum 5 years nonprofit accounting experience.
