• 9 Provide expert nursing care to patients with thoracic and vascular conditions in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) .
• 9 Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal recovery .
• 9 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• 9 Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to create and implement individualized care plans .
• 9 Monitor vital signs and respond proactively to changes in patient conditions .
• 9 Educate patients and families on treatment options, disease management, and post-hospital care.
• 9 Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and uphold the highest standards of patient safety .
• 9 Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development .

Required Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program . Licensure & Certification Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire). National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire). NIH Stroke Scale Certificate - Required within 90 days of hire. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications =9 National Certification in the area of specialty (upon hire). Additional Information
