We are a growing family-owned auto parts distribution company seeking a sharp-minded detail-oriented self-motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team! You will help with the day-to-day warehouse operations which involve picking, packing, shipping, receiving, parts verification, maintaining inventory, generating shipping labels & bills of lading. You must be in top physical condition, good computer, math & organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Receive inbound inventory shipments, verify parts configurations, count, restock parts bins & overflow locations
· Pick, Pack, Label & Ship Domestic, Export Wholesale & Internet Orders
· Generate Export Packing Lists in MS Excel
· Maintain clean & well-organized warehouse
· Reorder warehouse supplies as needed
· Maintain & repair warehouse equipment
Qualifications
· Experience with Warehouse work
· Experience and/knowledge of auto parts
· Experience with shipping company websites: UPS / FEDEX / DHL & Trucking Companies
· Experience with Computers & Software to generate shipping labels, produce packing lists
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel
· Experience with Internet shipping
· Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
· Strong Computer, Math & Organizational skills
