Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health Home Care HMC Home Health All duties outlined within this document will be performed to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and Holzer Health System. Works with the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Communicates with the physical therapist and physician as needed. Assist in formulation of Departmental, and hospital wide CQI activities. Education, Work Experience and Licensure: Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program that is accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant licenses in good standing, or license eligible. May be entry level therapist, but experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
