Coinbase is building an AI-first customer support platform, and you’ll be its founding design hire, owning end-to-end design for Help Center, Chatbot, Voicebot, and Concierge inside the Coinbase app. You’ll shape the vision across this surface to deliver automation, high-quality support, and measurable impact on satisfaction and revenue.
