Customer Service Representative

To maintain the highest level of customer service through personal contact with a predetermined list of customers. A CSR must have excellent communication skills to interact with their customers, our Field Sales Representatives and Product Management. They must have the ability to fulfill a customer's needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses.

Job responsibilities include:

• Building positive relationships with all major customers
• Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role
• Maintaining knowledge of company products and lead times
• Preparing quotes, status updates, and responses for customers
• Performing contract reviews and entering purchase orders with accuracy
• Ensuring accurate and timely service and responding quickly and proactively to customer requests
• Organizing and uploading all necessary documentation with digital storage software
• Interfacing with all departments

Pay range: $19 to $23 per hour
