Senior Manager, Compliance

Encompass Health seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance to lead regulatory and ethical compliance across its rehabilitation services. In this role, you will design and oversee compliance programs that support high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include monitoring evolving healthcare regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits, developing and updating policies, and managing investigations and corrective actions. You will deliver staff training, prepare reports for leadership, and partner closely with clinical, operations, and legal teams.
