What You Will Do Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, reporting, and visual standards. Analyze sales results to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall store performance. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, stylists, personal shoppers, and top consignment partners. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team. Create a positive, motivating culture built on accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service. Partner closely with inventory, buying, merchandising, and HR teams to support business needs and team success. Ensure product assortments, replenishment, payroll processes, and employee relations are managed effectively. What You Bring 4–6 years of retail management experience within luxury, contemporary, or high‑touch retail environments. Strong leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development. A proven ability to drive sales, build loyal clientele, and grow a client‑focused business. Strong business acumen with confidence using sales data to make informed decisions. Deep interest in fashion, client service, and evolving industry trends. An entrepreneurial, proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with energy and professionalism.
