Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Home Health We are seeking a part-time or full-time (10-25 caseload) Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Home Health. In this position, you will provide direct patient care at their home, and support rehabilitation activities. Responsibilities Implement therapeutic programs prescribed by occupational therapist at patient homes to facilitate rehabilitation of patients with developmental, cognitive, or physical disabilities Enhance goals and objectives for patients rehabilitative programs Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties Monitor and assess patient rehabilitive programs Organize and update patient records Qualifications Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Previous experience in pediatric occupational therapy or other related fields is preferred Ability to build rapport with patients Passion to help and motivate others Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and patient demeanor with passion to help and motivate others About Excel Care Therapy Excel Care Therapy Inc, is a privately owned, clinic established in March of 2000, in the Biltmore / Arcadia area of Phoenix.
