Benefits PLUS TIP SHARE Tremendous opportunity for career growth Great team-oriented work atmosphere Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Delegates tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance Maintains a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed Arranges to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off) Helps staff resolve on-the-job challenges Tracks and impacts daily costs and revenues, including labor, food cost, guest satisfaction and sales Balances the cash drawer at the end of the shift Coordinates with suppliers as they deliver food product orders Ensures client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints Opens or closes the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift) Informs the next Shift Manager about pending tasks Reports maintenance and training needs Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies Interested?
