Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
• Minimum 1 year of previous travel nursing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips required
• ACLS, BLS (AHA), and TNCC required
• PALS or ENPC accepted as equivalent certification
• Must pass a telemetry test on the first day; study materials will be provided upon confirmation
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding; declinations are not accepted
• Candidates must be separated for at least 6 months from prior employment consideration

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Interpret telemetry strips accurately and respond appropriately to rhythm changes
• Collaborate closely with providers and the interdisciplinary care team
• Support safe, efficient patient flow during night shift operations
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility if needed
• Maintain compliance with department standards, documentation, and onboarding requirements
