What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll provide exceptional care to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions. You'll administer oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, respond to emergency situations, and help patients understand how to manage chronic conditions. You'll also be responsible for educating patients and their families, all while ensuring the best possible outcomes in a compassionate, efficient way.

Whether you're new to the field or have years of hands-on experience, we'll support you every step of the way. You'll work with modern equipment and protocols, alongside a team that values your input and encourages your growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who are:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) with an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (or higher)
• Eligible for or already holding a state license in Arizona
• Calm and confident in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communicators and team players, passionate about providing top-tier care to every patient

If you're a new grad, we'll provide the mentorship and training you need to build your skills. If you've been an RT for years, we'll value your experience and encourage your leadership and innovation.
