Travel Surgical Tech ST, OR - Operating Room

Job Overview FlexCare seeks an experienced Surgical Technician for a 12‑week travel assignment in West Palm Beach, FL. Shift: 4 × 10‑hour days. Start date: July 16 2026. Compensation: $1,644 per week ($40.00 hourly). Travel allowance and benefits included. Responsibilities Assist with patient positioning and draping during procedures. Set up sterile instruments and supplies; ensure timely instrument turnaround. Collaborate with the surgical team to support the surgeon throughout the operation. Perform perioperative care duties such as monitoring patients and assisting with medication administration as required. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and HRA standards. Qualifications Experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician or similar. Knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation. Basic Life Support certification (or equivalent). Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced OR environment. Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterile technique.
