Optimize My Firm helps personal injury law firms grow through SEO, paid search, content, and lead generation. We build marketing that brings law firms real cases, and video is a growing part of how our clients connect with people who need help.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Video Content Producer to create short explainer videos for our law firm clients. Each video runs about 60 seconds and breaks down a legal topic in plain, approachable language. Think "What to do after a dog bites a mailman" or "How to sue my landlord if I trip over XYZ?"

Our writer handles the scripts. You'll be the face and voice on camera, and you'll edit each video into a polished final product. Your work will turn up on client websites, social media, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles.

What You'll Do

• Present scripted explainer videos on camera in a confident, warm, credible way
• Film videos yourself, including lighting, audio, framing, and setup
• Edit videos from raw footage to final cut, with captions, graphics, b-roll, music, and branding
• Format videos for each platform (mostly YouTube)
• Work with our writer to adjust scripts for natural delivery and pacing
• Follow each client's brand guidelines and keep a consistent style across a high volume of videos
• Manage your production schedule and hit deadlines across multiple client accounts
• Organize and archive footage, project files, and finished assets

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in video production, editing, or content creation
• Comfort on camera. You come across as natural, trustworthy, and clear
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio for a small studio setup
• An eye for short-form video: hooks, pacing, captions, and keeping viewers engaged
• The ability to take complex topics and make them simple and approachable
• Good organization, with the ability to keep many projects moving at once
• A portfolio or demo reel showing both on-camera and editing work (required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
• Background in legal, professional services, or agency marketing
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and social video best practices
