Grill Cook - Franklin, MA

Schedule: Full Time -- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:30AM-7:45PM and Monday 12-8:15PM
Pay: $22.85/hour

Our client is looking for a dependable and experienced Grill Cook to support food service operations in a school setting. The position requires hands-on experience with a flat top grill and fryer, along with the ability to read and speak basic English to accurately use the kitchen ticket system.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate food using a flat top grill and fryer
Read and accurately follow printed and mobile order tickets
Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation
Assist with food preparation and overall kitchen operations
Keep the grill station clean, organized, and stocked
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications

Previous Grill Cook or Line Cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
Hands-on experience operating a flat top grill and fryer
Ability to read and speak basic English to use the ticket system
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
