What You’ll Do

Represent our Brand : Act as the primary liaison between our guests and the service department, ensuring every interaction is seamless and professional.
Expert Guidance: Translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable advice for our customers.
Workflow Integration: Use our cutting-edge dealership management systems to track repairs, manage schedules, and provide real-time updates.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust by being a transparent advocate for the customer’s vehicle health.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Previous experience in automotive service writing or high-end hospitality is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern CRM and DMS platforms (e.g., Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
