Your Role - Achieve True Work-Life Balance in Urology

Become a part of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, a member of the VA Capitol Health Care Network (VISN 5), dedicated to enhancing the health of our veterans. Your focus will encompass a wide range of urinary tract conditions in both males and females, as well as male reproductive health, including kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, testes, and penis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, inpatient consultations, and emergency department coverage.
• Conduct new patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Perform preoperative and postoperative assessments, with operating room time aligned with your skills.
• Engage in a collaborative, team-oriented approach to minimize complications and ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in committees if interested.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No night or weekend shifts required. There are no restrictive employment contracts, allowing for moonlighting opportunities.
