Receptionist - Corporate

Overview Thompson Hospitality is hiring a receptionist. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk environment. Your friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, or take messages as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Coordinate appointments and meetings as requested Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach. Primarily works in an office environment or hybrid/remote setting, depending on the organization. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
