National Roving Leasing Consultant

What You’ll Do: Drive occupancy growth at underperforming properties Lead lease-up efforts and stabilize communities fast Tour prospects, close leases, and deliver standout customer service Manage applications, leases, and move-in paperwork Execute marketing strategies & outreach (Craigslist, local partnerships, etc.) Conduct market surveys & competitive shops Maintain accurate records in Yardi Ensure curb appeal & model readiness at every property Train, mentor, and elevate leasing teams across your region 1 full week off to recharge Mileage/travel expectations apply – reliable transportation required What You Bring: 2+ years of multifamily leasing or strong customer-facing experience Proven ability to close leases and exceed goals Knowledge of Fair Housing & leasing best practices Strong communication, organization, and adaptability Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment 401(k) with up to $4,000 annual company match Generous PTO, paid holidays & sabbatical program 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply) Why Monarch: We’re a Top 10 privately owned multifamily company that invests in people who perform.
