Pay: $50,000–$100,000+ per year (Base Pay + Performance Bonuses)

As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues.
• Explain repair options and recommendations clearly and honestly to homeowners.
• Complete accurate service documentation using company software.
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Deliver five-star customer service on every call.

• 2–4 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Current Texas TDLR HVAC Registration (Required)
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
