Clock time pay from $35/hr up to $45/hr for the most qualified techs *** PLUS bonuses paid weekly based on performance *** No Nights / No Weekends 401(k) match / 2 Weeks PTO / 6 Holidays Up to $500 signing bonus or Toolbox Relocation Assistance Position Responsibilities: Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems - drivetrain, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, air conditioning and computer systems and perform general automotive system repairs with no supervision. Ability to accurately diagnose transmission problems, TCM, PCM, Solenoids, electrical issues. Transmission removal and installation. Train, guide and assist other technicians in performing technical activities. Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required. Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques. Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated. Job Requirements: ASE A1 - A8 Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve. Certification testing fees and renewals are paid/reimbursed. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as an Automotive Technician. The lead technician will be required to provide strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude as well as a high level of motivation and energy. Hold a valid driver’s license. Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need. Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
