Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV Job Title: Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV Job ID: 202632580001 Department: Greentech Commercial Solutions - Houston Location: TX - Katy Summary We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large‑scale solar projects—including financial services, engineering, and design. We act as a contractor’s one‑stop shop for end‑to‑end project support. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi‑million‑dollar location upon completion of the training. On‑the‑job training lasts for approximately 18–24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. While the position provides real on‑the‑job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary; we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air. Compensation Range: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 annually.
