Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hockley, TX. This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, and storing incoming materials, as well as picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. The Warehouse Associate will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation. The role also involves following safety procedures, verifying documentation and labels, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments. Experience with Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle products safely and efficiently. Proficiency in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with adherence to safety standards and equipment guidelines. Ability to follow warehouse procedures, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory control processes. Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move materials as required for warehouse work. Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
