What You Will Do Service and repair Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment as required. Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance with the service program designated for each customer. Maintain accurate work records and parts usage for each job in accordance with established procedures. Keep updated on changes/modifications to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standard as notified through published communications. Keep manuals and details up to date as changes occur. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and other property in proper condition. Maintain adequate parts inventory for the service vehicle; keep an inventory log. Maintain good customer relations and customer service. Assist and instruct others in installation and service methods. What You Need To Succeed HS Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Clean driving record & valid driver’s license. Frequent ladder use. Prolonged standing on concrete. Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl, twisting the spine. Ability to work in various climates. Ability to work overhead. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50–75 lbs. Flexible work schedule: ability to work nights, weekends, or on call as needed. Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge Prior experience servicing automated doors. Prior experience in the construction field installing door frames and windows or as a glazier installing glass windows and doors. Prior experience in the electrical, automotive, or carpentry fields. Compensation The expected base hourly range begins at $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
