Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specifics provided during interview
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Hospital-based or outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Competency with comprehensive patient evaluations and treatment planning
- Excellent communication skills; ability to educate patients, families, and colleagues
- Adherence to professional codes of conduct and state/federal guidelines
- Commitment to continuing education and personal professional development
- Knowledge of patient and employee safety standards in clinical environments
- Assess assigned patients, implement and modify tailored therapy plans
- Design functional programs for patients' rehabilitation and community reintegration
- Delegate and direct therapy support staff appropriately
- Educate and support patients, families, clinical staff, and students
- Complete timely, detailed documentation for care, compliance, and insurance purposes
- Champion patient safety, adhering to infection control, safe patient handling, and work environment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and actively pursue professional growth opportunities
