Retail Store Manager – Tucson, AZ Position: Full Time Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 (Base + Commission annually) Your Role The Retail Store Manager owns sales and operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business performance. Responsibilities Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver top‑notch customer service. Create an environment for employee growth and development. Launch new products and services with the District Manager and partners. Train and develop the team to sell with confidence and knowledge. Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment. Co‑coach and motivate on the sales floor. Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting. Qualifications 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment. Fluent in English and Spanish. Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams. Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards. Ability to motivate others and create a winning team atmosphere. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
