Netenders is an international e-commerce group specializing in the sale of textiles, customizable products, and promotional products, present in several markets in Europe, North America, and Australia through brands like Wordans, Needen, Egotier, and Ntextil.

The group invests more than 7 million euros per year on Google Ads, with a very performance-oriented approach, profitability, and growth. Our ambition is now to build the same level of success on Meta Ads, by developing a powerful, structured, and profitable channel.

We are looking for a freelance specialist with a good understanding of e-commerce, CRM, and marketing automation levers.

Mission

We are looking for an experienced freelancer, capable of structuring, managing, and optimizing our Meta Ads campaigns, with a performance, profitability, and growth-oriented approach.

The objective is to make Meta a real growth relay for our brands, especially through customer acquisition, retargeting, catalog ads, Advantage+ campaigns, and commercial re-engagements via WhatsApp.

You will work in collaboration with our marketing, SEA, and e-commerce team to develop effective campaigns for our different brands and markets.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+, retargeting, acquisition, catalog ads.
• Build a Meta Ads strategy capable of generating an impact comparable to our current success on Google Ads.
• Structure campaigns according to business objectives: sales, leads, customer acquisition, remarketing, loyalty.
• Implement advanced retargeting strategies for visitors, abandoned carts, former customers, and CRM audiences.
• Develop abandoned cart re-engagement scenarios via WhatsApp, in addition to emails and other CRM tools.
• Optimize conversion paths between Meta, the e-commerce site, WhatsApp Business, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with the email/CRM team on tools like Klaviyo or any other marketing automation tool.
• Propose creative tests: formats, audiences, messages, offers, landing pages, videos, product catalogs.
• Work with internal teams on visuals, videos, product catalogs, and advertising messages.
• Analyze performance: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, margin, repurchase.
• Produce clear reports with concrete recommendations.

Profile Sought

• Confirmed experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce sites.
• Very good mastery of Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Conversions API, product catalogs.
• Experience in acquisition, retargeting, catalog campaigns, and Advantage+ campaigns.
• Good understanding of e-commerce issues: average basket, margin, ROAS, CPA, LTV, repurchase.
• Experience or strong sensitivity to WhatsApp Business/WhatsApp Marketing, especially for abandoned cart re-engagement.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business, CRM, or marketing automation tools highly appreciated.
• Ability to propose creative and commercial ideas, not just manage campaigns.
• Analytical, autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile.
• French is a real plus, as a significant part of the Digital Marketing team is French-speaking.
• Professional English desired.
