Compensation Pay range: $18.00 to $25.00 USD per hour (estimated based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons). Responsibilities Read & interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine fabrication requirements. Metal fabrication of ACM (lightweight, three-layer aluminum composite material). Operate tools and equipment such as drills, saws, and a pop‑rivet gun. Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop. Lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Knowledge of industrial adhesive use is a plus. Qualifications Prior fabrication experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures. Read and speak English. Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferable. Physical Demands Stand for long periods of time. May involve some repetitive motions. Lift up to 75 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers.
