Paralegal - Healthcare

Job Overview We are seeking a Healthcare Paralegal to join our team. The Paralegal will assist attorneys and practice groups with various legal matters and prepare legal documents, conduct research, compile data, draft documents, maintain files, calendars, and meetings. Key Responsibilities Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents from various sources. Attend and participate in meetings and/ or closings. Prepare documents and correspondence. Perform special projects and duties as assigned. Required Skills Organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions. Maintain daily accounting of time records and input timesheets into the system directly. Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys, management, and external clients. Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make decisions regarding daily work. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Qualifications & Education 1–4 years of experience in a related area. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Paralegal certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
