Field-Based Outreach & Engagement Specialist

Cal Voices is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our ECM team across Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus counties. The role reports to the ECM QA Manager and provides admin support to ECCs while identifying eligible clients for ECM services. The OES conducts centralized referrals, verifies eligibility, and coordinates with Medi‑Cal plans.
