Modern Climate. Marketers for the modern world. Account Supervisor Core Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships. Anticipate their needs to keep Modern Climate in the position of leading rather than following. Serve as a day-to-day client lead across assigned initiatives, independently managing client communication, followups, expectations and next steps while recognizing when senior-level escalation or counsel is needed. Stay ahead of client needs by identifying upcoming decisions, dependencies, risks and opportunities, and proactively bringing recommendations rather than waiting for direction. Guide clients throughout their work with Modern Climate to ensure they are aware of the value of the various steps and corresponding outcomes. Establish clear direction and assure that approved decisions/actions are documented, communicated and implemented. Oversee the preparation and facilitation of client meetings. Ensure the appropriate team members are involved and client expectations are managed. Strategic & Integrated Marketing Leadership Manage integrated marketing initiatives across creative, digital, media, CRM/email, content and technology, ensuring workstreams remain connected and aligned to broader client objectives. Demonstrate an understanding of client business objectives, audiences and marketing strategy, ensuring individual assignments connect back to broader campaign and business goals. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing communications plans, not just tactical executions – supervising, coordinating and ensuring the on-strategy, on-budget and orderly workflow from initiation through execution. Assist in the development of all creative briefs in conjunction with the VP of Strategy and Head of Creative Make sure all team members have the necessary information to effectively and efficiently develop great work. Make sure key success metrics are in place. Account & Project Oversight Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines, with the ability to quickly prioritize competing client needs and identify dependencies or risks before they impact delivery. Coordinate effectively across internal teams, client stakeholders and external partners/vendors, maintaining clarity around ownership, dependencies, timing and deliverables. Collaborate with Project Management to ensure all client direction, milestones, and deliverables are documented and internal resourcing plans are appropriate. Responsible for maintaining budget tracking on a monthly basis, flagging any issues proactively. Identify and seize opportunities to expand client relationships. Agency Standards & Leadership Assure compliance with all legal procedures, particularly advertising claims substantiation and handling of unsolicited ideas. Assure that proprietary information is handled with utmost confidentiality. Be a role model for the company and encourage/demonstrate brand passion and “be better every day” mindset.
