About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: MRI Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: AART Certifications: MR Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Must have experience with Cerner. - Competency in cardiac imaging is preferred. Description: Travelers must start on select dates throughout the year. The facility offers a variety of services, including a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General and Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and NICU. The emergency department consists of 32 beds, while inpatient rehabilitation has 29 beds. There is a 15-bed surgical suite and imaging services available. The hospital has one MRI unit with mobile and open MRI options available. Potential to float to an outpatient imaging center within a short driving distance. Call coverage is required on weekends for STAT imaging requests. The patient population includes adults. Common diagnoses treated include stroke. Professional attire is required. Scrub color is flexible. No unacceptable attire is specified.
