Manual Tester - Experiance in Mobile/Device Testing/Agile and SAFe (REMOTE)
Responsibilities:
- Functional and regression testing of web applications and mobile compatibility testing.
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications to understand the software requirements.
- Developing detailed test plans, test cases and have maximum test coverage.
- Executing test cases and analyzing the results to identify defects.
- Validate results in SQL database using complex SQL queries and joins.
- Performing API testing by understanding payloads and response results.
- Working with Product managers and Business Analysts on understanding acceptance criteria.
- Working with the development team to understand technical implementation and resolve software issues.
- Documenting and reporting defects to the development team.
- Ensuring that software adheres to quality standards and best practices.
- Participating in review meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process.
- Bug triage with scrum team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a manual tester.
- Strong expertise on testing web-based applications.
- Hands-on experience on Mobile/Device testing.
- Experience in working with Agile and SAFe delivery models.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps .
- Represent testing team in cross functional meetings and discussions.
- Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries.
- Exposure to API Testing , any automation tool is a plus.
