What you’ll bring:

• Washington SLP license and ESA certification, both required
• Credentials as a CCC-SLP or CFY; school-based SLP experience is welcomed
• Proven communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for diverse student populations

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students as assigned
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to achieve student goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and prepare required documentation
• Serve up to two school sites, fostering partnerships and consistency of care
